About Me
A career takes around 90,000 hours of our lives, more than 10 full years if we never took a break. Somewhere along the way, we were promised that if we chased the rainbow long enough, merit would lead to a pot of gold. But working harder isn’t the only option, and finding your way isn’t always about how smart you are.
For 15 years, I worked in Talent Acquisition across German and European tech. As a foreigner myself, I was always curious about the people behind the CVs, the underdog vs. ex-McKinsey ex-Spotify types.
I saw what shapes a career beyond talent. I met leaders who brought people together, and leaders who made people leave great companies just to get away from them.
Now I create space for you to reconnect with yourself, listen to your needs first, and look at your reality without judgement or limiting beliefs. I get to work with people who no longer accept that their careers simply happen to them, and I’m grateful to be part of that.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and founder of Growth & Career Coaching in Berlin. Before coaching, I held a Director-level Talent Acquisition role at TeamViewer, led team hiring for EdTech in IU Group, conducted 5,000+ interviews and was part of countless hiring decisions.
Today, I coach senior and lead international professionals through career and growth decisions, with clarity instead of pressure.
